软件安装不了

各位热心的坛友，我安装一款软件，本来是可以安装的，卸载后重新安装就不行了，运行安装程序，有反应，会有一个进程，但是会自动结束。错误详细信息如下，还请各位高手帮忙看看问题出在哪里，谢谢！

1. 控制面板正常卸载。
2. 找到安装后目录，手动删除干净。
3. 查找注册表中的软件名称，手动删除干净。
4. 找个管家、大师、精灵啥的清理一下系统。

谢谢坛友，问题详情说的是因为之前没卸载干净吗？我还以为是framwork的问题呢！
