请注意我说的是休眠，而不是睡眠
这是2个东西，开盖就到登陆界面仅仅是睡眠
休眠是可以断电，从开机界面开始

看来你也不懂什么休眠和睡眠。
    首先我解释一下，sleep是睡眠，hibernate是休眠，睡眠是关闭电脑的所有活动，但数据保存在内存中，电脑进入睡眠状态，当你按一下键盘或鼠标唤醒电脑时，恢复睡眠前的界面(其实它就没动)，而休眠，是把内存中的数据转移到硬盘中，然后关闭电脑，当重新开机时，系统会把硬盘中保持的数据转移到内存，然后就可以恢复到原来的状态，比如你原来打开着哪个程序，现在还是打开着，所以休眠其实是关机了的，是不需要电来保持休眠状态的，而睡眠是需要用电来维持的，因为内存保存数据需要电。

这里引用 man pmset中对 hibernatemode的解释：

    简单的说，就是Mac的睡眠模式有三种：hibernatemode=0、hibernatemode=3、hibernatemode=25，等于0就是传统的睡眠，需要电维持，等于25就是传统的休眠，不需要电维持，而等于3(也是默认值)则是两种模式结合，即把数据保存在内存中，也向硬盘写入数据，Mac把这种模式叫“Safe Sleep(安全睡眠模式)”，这种模式会在电池电量不够时，自动关机，因为本身就已经把数据保存到硬盘，所以恢复的时候就是休眠模式的恢复，如果使用0模式，则电池电量不够导致自动关机时，当前的工作状态将全部丢失。
    hibernatefile        /var/vm/sleepimage就是休眠文件，一般大小都超过4G
