I have started a thread some time ago about using unattend.xml and sysprep to make a windows install ISO that automates the procedures:
I have now made a ISO with Windows 8.1 Enterprise With Update as a demo ..... this is particularly useful if you wish to re-install from time to time, or if you need to install the same windows on a number of machines, especially after you install windows 8.1 Update and Office SP1, there is still a lot of Windows Update to install ..... and some users found that the Windows Update sometimes fails to install.
First I installed Windows 8.1 Enterprise With Update en-US X86, then install from Windows Update, the installed Office 2013 SP1, and installed the Windows Update For Office, and cleanup the image,
note that I didn't install all Office items, but it can be added(or removed) the items with the Office ISO.
I also installed Winrar501 and Google Chrome as these 2 are usually favored softwares, then prepare the image with sysprep, also added unattend.xml to automate installation.
When I got the install.wim using DISM capture, replace the install.wim in the Windows X86 install ISO, then installed Windows Enterprise on a VM ....
- After accepting EULA and chose the drive install, it went all the way until it finished installation, with Offfice, WinRAR and Chrome, and with the 2 local users: UserAdmin and UserLocal. (password to both Admin & Users: 1234)
I have placed KMS_VL_ALL in the root directory, and activation is done .... (naturally, you could always use you desired channel or tool to activate)

Click open the folders and choose which file(s) to download.
ISO: in 2 WinRAR parts, unpack with winrar5
Install.wim: in 2 swm parts.
**After installation, change user password(s) if required, pre-set password for Admin and users: 1234
en-US editions in MEGA:

If you wish to edit unattend.xml (e.g. to change user-name's, etc); first apply install.wim to a folder(e.g. c:\mount)
(Note that DISM does not modify swm's, so if you have downloaded the 2 swm's from Baidu, you need to integrate them back to a single install.wim)
then goto C:\mount and open windows\system32\sysprep\unattend.xml with notepack, and make your changes and then save :
When done, save the image:
dism /unmount-image /mountdir:c:\mount /commit
In case DISM fails to fully unmount, I noticed some guys were at a lost, because DISM will not make another mount, and a few even said they have to re-install windows .... actually it is very simple :
