Windows Hardware Lab Kit (HLK) for Windows 11 provides an all-purpose test and measurement infrastructure, a framework, and a thorough set of test content. Use the HLK to validate that your hardware, driver, or software implementation is compatible with Windows 11 specifications and requirements, and to benchmark your hardware or driver’s performance and interaction with Windows. The HLK is the test framework used by the Windows Hardware Compatibility Program (WHCP) to certify hardware or driver compatibility with Windows 11.

Windows 11 Windows Driver Kit (x64, x86, arm64) - DVD (English)
The Windows Driver Kit (WDK) for Windows 11, which integrates with the Microsoft Visual Studio IDE, gives you the tools you need to develop, build, package, deploy, test, and debug drivers. You can run many basic certification tests in the integrated environment. The WDK also includes templates for several technologies and driver models, including Windows Driver Frameworks, Universal Serial Bus (USB), print, networking, and file system filters.
Multiple versions of the WDK may be installed and used side by side to develop drivers for different versions of Windows. For each new version of the WDK installed, the corresponding version of Windows Software Development Kit (SDK) must also be installed.
